I was recently looking into exactly how much sleep my 2 boys should be getting. It's easy to know when your children are tired but do we really know if they're getting the right amount of sleep?
There were a lot of answers out there and they all seemed to vary. That's when I found some interesting data from Millpond Children's Sleep Clinic (NHS approved sleep advisors).
I've put the data into a graph which you can see below but I also created a simple online tool which allows you to select your child's age and see the recommended sleep time.
